Is the artwork set up fee refundable?
No. Artwork fees are not refundable.

Apparel Info
What are the washing instructions for Our Mojo rhinestone/rhinestud apparel?
Please follow the washing instructions included with your shipped item. These include such suggestions as: turn item inside out, use gentle cycle, cold/cold (NO BLEACH), tumble dry low or line dry. Some items might have a very slight square impression around the printed area. Simply wash it once to remove it

What is the quality level of your products?
Our Mojo uses many high qualify vendors. We carry brands such as Anvil, Bella, Jerzeez and Gildan just to name a few.

I'm going to be ordering a lot of stuff. Do you offer group/bulk discounts?
Our high quantity discounts start when you order 12 or more items at the same time. Your items do not need to be of the same rhinestone design or apparel type. As long as you order 12 or more rhinestone products at one time, you are entitled to our discount.

What are my payment choices?

Our Mojo accepts paypal, visa, master card, discover and american express. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Shipping Info
What is Our Mojo’s Return Policy?

Custom created items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled, once you have given us your “Approval for Production”. Since our artisans craft these items to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on custom items, unless there was an error on our part in creating what you ordered. In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so that we can resolve the issue by arranging to pick up the damaged item and ship out a new, undamaged replacement item.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We do our absolute best to get every order out the door as soon as possible. Each item is custom made for your order. All orders are shipped ASAP, from the time you approve your order for production. On average you should expect to receive your order within 10-15 business days from the time that you placed your order.

What about Cancellations?
At Our MoJo Custom Designed Decals and Apparel we try to ship our products as soon as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after you have given us your “Approval for Production”. If you call us within 24 hours of giving us approval, we will try our best to accommodate you.

Do you have a catalog you can send me?
No. All of our designs are custom and the possibility of design and apparel combinations are endless! You can view many of our designs on our website and facebook page.
